Permissions Writter

So, I'm working on a server (KrazeKraft) and I am HORRIBLE with permissions. I can never seem to get it right. So if anyone wished to help me with permissions, send me a skype msg: xxkrazejayxx
I will then send you the plugins that I have, what I need, and the IP for the server.
I need them basically for Factions, Skyblock, and minigames for The ranks:
Admin
Moderator
3 VIP ranks
Default
