Plugins

So I have decided to setup a server and I was wondering what plugins you guys would advise. I have a current list of the type of plugins i'm looking for but I need 20 as I want everything set up before I purchase a server host. The plugins I have shortlisted are;
1: Essentials
2: Slots for homes
3. Anti-grief
4. Group Manager
5. Portals
6. Shops
7. Vault
8. Anti-cheat
9. Anti spam
10. Command signs
11. Ban item
12. Tree assist (Maybe)
13. World edit (Maybe)
Are there any other plugins you guys would recommened all help would be greatly appreciated.
