Port forwarding

So i have a minecraft server and it was running and it was port forwarded and then i got a new modem which now comes with the router built in (comcast xfinity) and now it does not let me port forward and it says:

Well, for some reason we have the same IP for our servers. So one of us is wrong (which it's probably me ) and I too have Comcast internet and my friends can't seem to join :l
but my other computer can on my other minecraft profile...but I do think I did everything right on making the server but I have know idea why this is. :l

do ctrl+alt+delete... then go to all processes... Find anything that says "Java" (Not "Java Update Manager") and turn it off, next time you want to stop your server... make sure you do the command "stop", don't hit the "x" button
