Posting problems

This issue has been killing me for the past week. I posted a server about a month ago, and was not aware that each and every update had to have meaningful things in it. I figured it was just a bump device. So an admin took it down. EVEN AFTER correcting it , i've requested numerous reviews to no avail, this has been going for about a week. I've treed to take down the server, but whenever i try to create a new one, the one I deleted somehow just reappears on my server list and I am unable too. This is very frustrating.
