Prison Manager Needed

Hello,
I am looking for someone to help make my prison server. It is basically a co-owner position but a COO. You just manage the operations with the server and help with the production. This requires you to be active almost every day and you need to be serious about it. The server is mostly custom and lots of plugins that are unique to us.
I need the person who takes this role to know a lot about prison, be able to bring ideas to the table & think outside the box.
