OP Prison Server!

Hey guys! I am looking at purchasing a LAGLESS server that will be prison! I would like to know what YOU people of minecraft think of this. I honestly think it will be great but I would like to get to know what player base I would have. Would YOU play / donate / enjoy. Please let me know!
