As a plugin manager, you will help find good plugins, help edit config and yml files, help set plugins up, and explain to staff how to use these plugins.

Contact info: (Skype, Email,etc) My skype is just my minecraft handle, and I never check my email.
How much time will you spend on the server weekly: I really don't keep track, but I would be on frequently depending on circumstances such as, do I have a project requiring me on even when nobody else is, is anybody else on, etc.
How will you contribute to the server? I would be able to be on frequently to work on building projects, of which I'm about a 6/10 in, and I also consider myself very innovative, able to come up with creative ideas.
Why you over others? I believe I have more to contribute to the server than, no offense, the other applicants on the thread. I believe I am able to make good decisions regarding tough situations, and can be a levelheaded presence on the server.
Past Experiences: I was the Head-Admin on a now dead Tekkit Classic server, I was Mod-Admin on several smaller servers, either dead, or I have left them, and I'm currently a moderator on a server with decent traffic, recently started, run by a youtuber with 650k+ subscriptions.
How would you handle swearing? It depends on the server rules. I personally don't support it, but I'm not one to force my own personal beliefs on others.
How would you handle hacking? I would personally just give them the broad side of a hammer, or to the extent of my power.
How would you handle out of control staff members? I would try to talk them down, as I would everybody who's lost it, and if that doesn't succeed, I would, depending on the rank of myself and the offender, either alert a superior or take action in the form of a ban, until again, a superior sees fit to either change it or leave it be.

time on the server:about 2 hours daily and if the server gets a website i will check it alot daily for player reports
i have great building skills but im applying for staff
why me over others:i have a clean record and i report anyone that breaks the rules on the server on every server
past exp:i have been mod on alot of servers like natecraft it was a prisoner server but it closed because he didnt get donations
for swearing i would warn them if it conitunes a 1 hour ban and if it goes on permban
for hackers if it was like aimbot i would do a 1 week ban as a warning to stop hacking and same as swearing i would permban them if they do it like 2 times
for out of control staff members i would warn them before i demote them to default or a lower staff rank but if it's like world edit lava on buildings demote and ban
