Prison Server builders Needed!

Hello my name is calebl3 and i own the current fox-river prison server but im wondering if anyone out there can help me make a nicer prison and a good server. I have skype and communicate almost all the time not always though but i need a very nice server and who ever helps will be rewarded and also you can choose your rank if you help!
