Prison Server developer/Co-Owner looking for hire(FREE) Read

Hi, I'm Dax I'm 16 years of age, and today I would like to offer a proposal to any owners looking to create a prison server. It doesn't have to be individually, it can be apart of a hub or whatever but allow me to explain myself.


I have been working with servers for many years and I have recently come back to rejoin the community of "servers'. I will list my important experiences from important to least important:
- Mod on ProMCGames a 200+ server that has shutdown but has given me some skills about players and more.
- Configuring plugins: I have been configuring plugins for the longest time but prison was really where I shined, I have fun and love configuring prison with PEX and all sorts of stuff. As not much of a custom plugin creator I can make anything work with any plugin.
- Years of experience on minecraft servers (I will talk about how this is worthy of experience)


Now here is why you should choose me, first I will work for free however not for the time being. I KNOW and WHY players buy ranks, play on servers and enjoy them. See economy on a server makes players feel powerful of their own image. So I'll say it straight out loud, I can make you some serious money from donations just from my ideas. I know what appeals to players but no from just donation perks but generally why players stay on servers and want to continue playing, from PEX from all sorts of plugins that give players a professional feeling of playing and of course I can't just get you 60+ players on a server in a second but it will gradually lead up to our own benefit from donations and the players. My experience on minecraft servers taught me why players buy ranks on servers. why they stay on servers to be called a "dedicated player base".
TLTR:
- I know what players want from a server and why they play on servers.
- I have ideas that can get big donations and purchases from servers.
- Configuration of plugins (PEX, Prison, etc)


Let me list ideas that have already been used but aren't that popular anymore, usually everyone likes OP Prison servers which I have no idea why players do, to me they just get bored and want to be "OP" like everyone else, of course some of them use it but heres the list that players really like:

Cells - Size of cells, instead of this we can also use plots.
Drugs - Cactus, ink sacs. Of course anything with the drug plugin is possible
Guards - Hiring Guards that actually do their job can be annoying to players but just makes prison what it is.
Mines - Something used by all prisons but the contents of the mines really do matter and usually decide if a player wants to stay or not.
Contrabans put in action - If guards really do their job it makes the player want to become more powerful to over throw them, if you know what I'm saying this makes it so the player is more engaged with the guard.
Drug farms - Idea
XP Grinders - Idea
Free World - Idea
Auction house - Idea
Lottery - Idea
Black Market - Idea
I will explain more about why prison is a good choice for players enjoyment and way more in to detail through skype.


I would like a server that is hosted from a good hosting company, I would like thats its payed and ready to be made. This is professionalism, I just would like a server that is new and ready to be setup for prison (I can install the plugins) where I will set it all up and once its launched players will starting coming and going. However I do wish that after donations have been received, I would like a portion of them just for my own keeps and to "sustain myself" (im living in a closet y'all). But seriously don't waste my time if you're not willing to take my ideas either, of course I will include your ideas since you are paying for the server. Overall give me a good workspace and I will give the finished product ready to be released and out.

What to expect of me if any of the situations;
- If the server falls short on donations one day I will pitch in a payment for the server since blame could be put on me for not getting any profit
- If we are in need of a custom plugin I will find a developer to create one and pay him myself (this is only if I agree that we need one.)
