Prison server help!!!

hello I am gibbson3 of a hosted minecraft 1.7.9 server im trying to make it prison but I need help setting up the permissions and the whole arena and map for the prison if u can help u will get staff on the server once people come on if u can help join my server 66.85.146.234:34315 its 1.7.9 and the ip is 66.85.146.234:34315 so please come and join and help today. u can joni with either these 2 ips.
