Prison Server - Need HELP

Im going to keep this simple, I have my files of an old prison server and I would like to publish it again I just need help, I want people to come on and let me know what I need to do or add because keep in mind it's an old server.. I just want some ideas and such and perhaps you can stay along and help with being staff and such. I could use a developer, YES I AM PAYING the developer.
