Mature: I am very mature for my age, and quite often speak with a high level of sophistication to those whom I believe have the intelligence to understand what I am talking about.
Why: I have been staff on a fair few servers and owned my own, but closed down, due to the lack of donations. I am mod on some servers too, which the players love me on, as I am a generous person, ad can deal with problems that arise in a few minutes. I am a quick and witty thinker and this has helped me get out of bad situations where most people would panic.
Extra: I have only been banned once, under the stupidity of another player. I was on a factions server, and raided a base. The owner of the faction reported me to the server owner and I got banned for abiding by the rules. Some people.

Why do you want to be staff: Well obviously I want to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become staff to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently.
What could you bring to the team: I could bring my commitment, I would try my very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience. Also because of my previous experience I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deter rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions. Also I have high amounts of time and patience, which I think would be essential when helping players come to grips with rules and any problems that have.
Do you have any experience as a staff member: Yes, I used to run a small server of our own, just for fun. It had a small player base but none the less I acquired many beneficial skills.

Why I want to be Co Owner: I want to be a co owner in this server.. I have many experiences.. I need to keep busy working. I've been staff for many servers, I've been dev on 1 server. (yep totally). Well if you don't accept me as staff. Well it's ok because I don't really mind on it, so yeah. I've done many things as staff. I've been dev on 1, mod on 1, operator on 4+, 3rd owner on 1, admin in 6+. So yeah I've got demoted one time because I didn't know it was a private server, they didn't tell me.. You can call me Charles ( this is what my friend calls me in MC ), usually they call me drama. The drama name was in "dramaact" name. I usually do server works not boring works.. It's like i'm working.
What is your experiences as a Moderator: Protecting the server with hackers, good grammar, funny, help staff or some members, fix bugs. I've been top admin, always welcoming new peoples. I'd helped players since I joined, well not that I' do it everytime :p, Even if I'm not accepted I'll let myself INFORCE the rules to the players. Even though I had broke a rule, I didn't mean to in that.. But when some guy said It's not allowed.. Then I stopped on it.. My talent is building. I will attend the high ranked members their needs and respect the request of the high ranked members. I also wanna help new players their needs and punish those who rule breaks and hacks in the game. I also have experiences being an admin in a server in other servers.
