What you can do to help us out: I can help out in my ways. My main goal is to Help out Staff members and Players in anyways possible. I want players to feel Happy playing on this server I want more people to come and enjoy playing Everyday. I am always open to new ideas from players & Staff i am Willing to test out Ranks if needed. I can give ideas on how this Server can be even better I will always Consider New things. I also know when a D-Dos attack is happening and I can give a warning or stop it myself depending on how big the Attack is. I really mainly want to help out this Community and make these players happy and make them wanna come back to play again and again, etc. Im am very Dedicated do this server I try to help players when no Mod is around and I do very well. Im committed to being here each and everyday I can. I know I can be a really effective mod. I can be one of the top mods if i can get the chance to provr.. With exception to Spyno cause he is straight up awesome, But I feel that I will be very effective and That the players will 100% notice that in me and also Staff members. If i do make mistakes I will own up to it. I can take Responsibilty in what im doing. I do spend as much as time on Prison as much as I can and if im not on I will be in the forums helping other people. I always try to help people when mods are not around. Let's talk about the forums more I created this about 5 days ago with almost 70+ post just helping as much as I can. I am a Great teamworker and I want the chance to prove all this. I know I will not abuse my power what so ever! If I see a hacker I will not ban him until I have CLEAR PROOF of what i need. I see a lot of chat spam which I find very annoying when someone is trying to tell me something or needs my help, I will take charge and give multiple warnings before Kicking/Ignoring the player. I feel I can handle mod, I think Im very capable of this Postion and some players can agree with me. I will do anything to help someone as much as I can.

Why do you think you should be staff: I think I am capable of making this server even better then it is. I 110% give it my all to make sure everyone is having fun and a good time by following the Server rules. I cannot help out only Players but the Mods and Admins if they need anything i will try my best to help them as much as possible. I feel that i can be a very good Mod and not be abusive in anyway i will still play fair and not use my "Powers" for bad things. I feel Im different from other Mods I feel I can be a mod the stands out like no other. I feel capable of being mod im Energetic, Creative, Helpful, Smart, Handsome :sick: Im different from other players I really do Stand out. Me becoming part of this servers staff, I can say without a doubt You will see a massive Increase in Players you will see more people wanting to play on this server more then any other. Im very positive you wont catch me being negative about anything ever.
Background information, about yourself: Im 14 I love to play Minecraft. Outside of the gaming life I play basketball I do well in School. Im a very helpful person I always push myself 110% to get what I want. im a go to type of guy if you ever need anything im always there. If its personal feel free to tell me I can help and try the best I can. I accept everyone's ideas not only to other people but on the server. Im open to testing plugins and ranks and new gamemodes

Experience:Over the past year or so, I have worked for multiple servers.I lost my rank on other servers due to them closing because they did not receive enough donations, or the owners would not be professional and I had to walk out on them. I have been co-owner,admin,head admin and owned my own server twice in the past year.I feel that this server will succeed and I want to be apart of it. I want to see the server flourish whether I'm on the staff team or not.

I also will keep everyone in check and boot spammers and hackers and report them to you. I also have leadership training to help me diffuse situations and prevent fighting or stop the fight.
