Hello everyone. I am trying to start up my own bukkit server but I am having some problems. I am the only person who can access my server. I have port forwarded, made a rule in my firewall, and pretty much done everything people have said to try and get it up and running. I do not have anti-virus, just using the normal windows firewall. I am running windows 7 64 bit. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have Verizon Fios. It is telling me the connection was refused.
if you have have dsl it will change ip addresses each time the modem reset or is unplugged. it may also change at time intervals.
do you have dsl or cable
I managed to fix the connection issue, however now the ip just stopped working. Now it says the connection was refused. Any help?
