Problems with My Server

Hey Guys my name is Timberghost the Owner of Airshipwars and ive been noticing on my server people join and leave or ask for A Staff Position We Get Around a daily of 5-6 Players But I still don't understand why people wont stay are server is very unique spawn is amazing everything is fully set up so im wondering if some of you guys can come on my server and tell me what needs improvement or what the problem is it would much be appreciated thanks.
