Hey! Ive got an interesting server where we are recreating Grand Theft Auto 5 as accurately as possible in Minecraft. We are taking on some ambitious projects to create Heists and missions and races that utilise our 3D mod-less cars, on top of that we are currently custom coding it from the ground up to fix bugs and optimise it all. We really need someone professional to help bring all these ideas to reality.
Right now we are getting 40-50 players on weekends and 20-30 players at all other times, we have recently shot up in player numbers and are surpassing new player rate goals weekly because of recent developments. Because of this we want to do all we can to make the server as appealing as possible to keep growing.
Our dev team right now consists of me, the other owner and one other dev. We have tried giving a few the dev position but most end up abusing their power, being inactive or being just plain immature.

The server has 32GB ram, 4GHZ Intel i7 CPU, and its running on a business class OVH dedicated Centos 6 server that we can do what ever want with! Right now its running BungeeCord with the main server, the development server and the in-progress mission server! The website, PHP ban interface, mySQL and forums also reside on the same server.
