Why do you want to be a Moderator on FlexCraft?: I can say I would bring more experience, logical thought and passionate community members into the mix. Personally I have spent hours interviewing players for the many servers I have staffed, and know what needs to be done as a successful staff member, to greatly add to the community. I believe my personal strong suit to be management/administrative duties, but can serve a wide range of purposes as well.

How did you find the server?: I resigned from my past staff position and scrolled upon this one
Proof of past experience as a Moderator: I started playing minecraft back in 2010, when the game was first released. My first staffing position was moderator on the server F8F88FF. At the time a medium sized survival server. on that server I worked my way up to Head Admin. From there I went to a server called Mod2, where I achieved the rank of Director a few months later. After Mod2 started dying out, I elected to make my own server and do it right. I started my server DeemableCraft, which slowly grew to being a popular survival and minigames server. After Deemable was shut down to slowing funds in late 2015, I started taking a break from the game but found myself missing the servers and communities.

How long have you played Minecraft?: I've played Minecraft for around 3-4 years. There was a extended period of time within those years which I stopped playing due to lack of interest and reality hitting me like a train.
Why do you want to be a Moderator on FlexCraft?: Well, ever since I can remember, staffing has always been a thing I enjoyed doing. I've done so on plenty of servers in the past. I get the feeling of authority which is something you really don't experience so often. It's a feeling that I enjoy. Once I realized that I enjoyed staffing on servers, there came a point in time where I was helping out as many server as I could. In the end, I decided to stop with my final server. It was called "OverlordPVP". We had our own network, domain, website, and even developers. In fact, we created a plugin which is somewhat similar to SmashMobs on Mineplex but before anyone says anything, this plugin was created two years ago. This was before Mineplex created such a plugin. We have a fully custom server however, that would soon turn against us considering the payments for several servers is a lot to pay. We were renting out a dedicated server after all. Through all of those servers, I've noticed I loved watching the community grow. There is just something about starting from scratch and building your way up to a well-known server that gets me. The feeling of accomplishment. This is something I want to experience again.

How did you find the server?: After a while of wanting to help out a server but none of my friends were wanting to hosting and I lacked the money, I decided to see if there were any servers that needed help and posted any forum online. To my surprise, there were a ton. I decided to pick one that was looking well off to start with. I have seen so many servers with a owner that doesn't know what they're doing and some with owners that are too young to handle such tasks on their own. I spotted this one and thought it was a great place to return to staffing on. I can see that this server is wanting mature people and needs them. I think I can help you out in that department.

Proof of past experience as a Moderator: by proof do you mean past servers? do you mean how I deal with players? I am a little confused on this question but I will do my best to answer it. I am currently a Builder/helper (Helper is mod on that server) on a server brickprison which use to have 20-30 daily players but I am thinking about leaving from it constantly being hacked with the owner not prepared to do anything to fix it. That is currently the only server that I can prove I have worked on but if you want to know how I would deal with players and situations then keep reading. Say a player joined the server and was absolutely destroying the chat my spamming it, what would I do? I would issue a 30 minute to a 1 hour tempmute as a warning, if they continued I would issue perm mute or quite a long tempmute to show I am not playing around then if they continued I would follow that as a tempban. Thats just one example.
I would also love to speak to you over skype to talk more about my application about my skills, I just prefer to do it over skype if that is alright with you.
