We need developers to help our server look better, aswell as giving the players the best experience possible. Our developers will need to know how to code javascript and make decent plugins. Depends on how loyal you are to the server, if you make one plugin and say:
"Give me the Money, I'm leaving" Then I will only pay a small amount. But if your loyal to the server, you will get more in the future.
