How will i benefit you?
For start i would like to Tell you what i am setting out to do!
If you do not know what a server manager is it is someone who manages and
recruits staff and developers
I take my job very seriously!
I will walk you through advanced/basic plugin setup
i will help by getting you up and running
You throw ideas up on the drawing board and i will help make them come true!
What i expect from owners
[Possible access to console]/CMD [NO HOMEHOSTING]
give me a clear idea of what you want
let me have the title [Head-Admin]
and give me time!
How i recruit staff!
I only look for the motivated and loyal staff
the only people i look for skills and knowledge from are [DEVELOPERS] [Builders] and [Admins]
Moderators and helpers only need to know a few simple commands!
I will give them related and unrelated questions

Reliable - I am reliable, you can count on me when situations are at their worst. Many times in my life I have been in a bad and good situation where being reliable was very important.
Active - I am very active on the server and its forums and when I'm not playing on the server I will do my best,
Trusted - I am a trusted player throughout the community.
Mature - I have a mature and formal mindset.
Clean - I have always followed the servers rules and have no bad marks against my name.
Approachable - I am very approachable whether its 1am or 1pm, I will be fully prepared to complete the tasks I am set without hesitation.
Un-biased - I treat everyone as equals even if it's my friend. Everyone needs to follow the rules ... there are no exceptions.
Organized - I am organized (possibly on the verge of being OCD :p) and feel this would benefit my role as Head-admin
Eager - I'm always eager to help, send me a list of things you want fixed and I will make sure they are completed correctly and professionally.
Patient - I am a patient person who will work for however long it takes to make sure the problem is solved correctly.
Having fun - Whilst all the above is great, I also love to have a laugh with other players and just generally interact with them.
