Are you serious? I'm sorry but you'll never find anyone to do what you're asking to do for "In-Server Money"
What you're asking for is for them to make your whole server for free. Coding takes time, some plugins can cost close to $400 (depending on how good the dev is)
Maybe you should use google, can learn how to do these things for your self.
