Hello fellow programmers i call on the professionals to help develop a unique server

I would love to develop the plugins myself but i am not the best at java thats why i am calling the best of the best.

You do realize that if you don't provide any idea as to what you have planned, no talented programmer will respond. I know you don't want to post any ideas, but be realistic. No programmer will jump on board with a project not knowing the destination, and they don't want to waste their time chatting with you to maybe find out they hate the idea.
well if you read this correctly i said i would discuss this further on skype but its ok i have hired a programmer already
