A little about me I'm a college graduate (not in English) I am currently working on getting my masters. I have two full-time jobs 1. coaching children gymnastics and 2. my girlfriend. As you can see, I don't have the time to do this myself to oversee this project due to IRL.

I know this. I have run basically 5 servers.
I am not looking for anyone to pay anything. There is more to running a server then just hiring and firing people.
I can be a server manager/Co-Owner for u. I have been Co 2 times and Main Owner 3 times. I can hire staff and fire them if neccessary. But, I cant pay for it. So if you can do that. Then I will happily be a server manager/Co-owner for you and your server.
