About Us
We are a PvP/Factions Server currently in Beta stage of development. We took classic faction, and re-vamped it with custom plugins to provide immersive PvP with a custom built PvP area that extends fully around our Spawn. The Spawn itself again is custom built, we don't believe in map downloads. Our economy is focused towards pushing the player into the wild and crafting/mining to gain monetary progression. During Beta stage so far we have begun to see our popularity rise and a number of players returning to enjoy our gameplay.

About Yourself:
I’m from a sunny place in Florida. I like talking to my friends, online and offline. I’ve been playing Minecraft for quite a while now. I play quite a few instruments including Alto and Tenor saxophone, guitar, drums etc. I enjoy playing and listening to music. I play in my school’s ensemble and jazz band. In general I’m sort of a person who likes to goof around, but when I am doing my job there is no being “goofy” It’s a serious matter to me. I love helping people, it puts a smile on my face when I’ve helped someone with an issue. I care about and I’m committed to every job I begin, almost to the point where I’d stay up all night to make sure nothing goes wrong. I love to learn new things, almost as much to say that I love school and I can’t wait to learn new things every day. I also really like flowers. ;3
Previous Experience:
I have experience with a few servers being an admin. They include:
MysticPvP: I was an Admin here for a few months, it was a nice server but I think it shut down. It had a decent amount of players.
KingsMiners: I was head admin on this server, it had an average of 30 players every day.
TurtleTopia: I was Head-Admin/ Manager on this server. It had about 50 players.
I’ve also been with a few other servers but they’re not worth mentioning because they were owned by unexperienced 12 year olds. It’s also not worth mentioning that I’ve owned two servers because they’re not nearly as good as this one.
As for management in real life. I’m not sure if this counts but I was the team captain of my lacrosse team. The only reason I wish to mention this is because you need to make sure that players will attend games and practices, making sure that they’re all doing their job.
Modreq Plugin Experience:
I do have experience with modreq, and I am familiar with all of the commands. I know how to use it properly. I have spent time looking over all the commands and figuring out how to use them.
Skills:
Over my years of playing minecraft and many staff experiences I have learned how to use plugins and commands. I know how to use mute, ban, warn, socialspy, and all commands for moderating and such. I also possess a few personality traits that I believe a staff member should have. I’m responsible, I always try and make decisions based on my experience. I would never be that person to abuse their permissions because that’s irresponsible and childish. I’m mature, even though I can be goofy and funny at times I will always do my job seriously and responsibly when I need to. I will always work at 110% making sure that my job gets done properly. I learn quickly, as soon as I begin a new job I’ll catch on pretty quickly as to what I’m supposed to do. I only sometimes ask questions to make sure that I’m doing the right thing.

EXPERIENCE Where do I begin? My first position on a minecraft server went straight to administrator to Co-Owner all in the time-lapse of a week. This server had about anywhere from 15- 30 people on a day all day. The server only lasted a year and then shut down. It was a fun time and everyone was incredibly nice to me considering I was like 12 at the time. I then moved on to start my own server once with basic plugins. It attracted decent traffic and I had moderate staff on. It lasted 6 months before one of my admins griefed the entire thing and I lost a lot of players. I eventually shut it down due to my busy schedule. I've also been mod on two other servers with heavy traffic (40+ people) and admin on one other with slow traffic. I have an outgoing personality as you know in teamspeak. I love talking and communicating and I have a lot of experience in that. I've worked as a cashier and saleman at best buy, selling product as well. People are my best fortè.
WHAT SETS ME APART/COMMENTS: Love the people on this server. Its incredibly mature for the most part and the staff is amazing and wonderful to talk to. I haven't had one bad experience except one situations that I handled with humor. (I handle A LOT of stuff with humor). I know when to be serious and when to be fun. I never let a bad situation bring me down and can move on in a breeze from bad events. I don't hold grudges and if I know someone does not like me, I try to work with them in order to turn their opinions around.
