Anywho, hi! My name is Connor! I am a veteran backend Minecraft server developer. I have experience in almost any mainstream plugin and a few lesser known ones. I can confidently code in YAML, CSS, C#, C++, HTML 5 and Java (I use Eclipse Oxygen and the Java SE Development Kit 9 for plugin development) and can even do minor building and even small social managing.
Here are some of the servers I have worked on (unsure of whether or not they are still running or not)

My only catch is that I get credit for working on your server and that I am lead developer. As with many experienced coders and developers, I am very anal about how I like things, how the code works, how the FTP works, plugin dependencies and how certain things like world guard work.
Now I am of course willing to prove myself but I'm picky. Sorry.

I'm currently working on an Mmorpg/open world survival server with a friend. We have custom made music/other cool stuff :) I have experience running other servers from a few years ago. Interested. You may not be lead dev but you could be a dev. I am lead dev of Trafourmium Network and we are seeking staff (Mainly builders). However, we could use some assistance getting things going either with the plugins we currently have or custom ones. Whichever route you wish to take. I do request ask that if you aren't already on Discord that you make one and the owner of Trafourmium Network and I can see into getting you part of the staff team. Trafourmium Network is a new server and currently has a lot of bugs in it. Also, if you know of any builders, that'd be greatly appreciated. See contact info below.
