I have spent countless hours making RamServer into the best place I can.
Our small community loves it, and says it is incredible, how ever my attempts to get new people succeed, and our player count never rises.
When talking to a player who was taking a Tekkit leave of absence, he said:

You're not the problem. I like the server, but it's often slow and most of the people are kids that I can't relate to. You do your best, sorry.

I am impressed. Thoroughly. Although I tell most people that we do not need staff so we do not get those "OMG PLZ I WANNA BE OP" threads, but if you come on our server and prove yourself to be mature, you will become Mod in no time.
