To rank up on our you need to meet certain requirements:
Mcmmo stats in skills
Ontime in hours

Regulars will never get banned for mistake, only punished.
Donators are not godlike, you will always have a fair chance agains them.
Fell free to raid admins or grief them in the grief world.
Be polite at all times, if something goes wrong it will be fixed, just be polite in the procedure and all will be just dandy .
