What can you bring to the server: I can make Paint.net banners to attract more people, I can build very well, and I can manage the server. People from the servers that i'm admin on respect me very much, due to how helpful I am.

I would kindly ask them to calm down and hopefully the server will have helpful plugins to assist me in finding out what happened, I wouldn't give him and items unless it's ok with the server owner. I would manually fix this problem by banning/temp/kicking the griefer or give him a warning,

depending on the server rules if people are allowed to curse or not, if they aren't I would warn this person, if he doesn't respond he/she will be kicked or banned
When Someone is Spamming: Kick them, with a reminder telling them to stop, if they don't ban.
When Someone is Cursing: I would mute them first, and ask them to stop or to write a unmute request on a forum or message.
When Someone is griefing: If it's a small grief I would temp ban, if it's a major grief I would ban them quickly and help the victim.

I can tell if someone is a griefer because some say they didnt do it and i recommend getting big brother.Ill help the person griefed but not giving stuff, ill help look for some stuff that she/he lost. Also get lockette so this wont happen or lwc. Btw griefers always have lots of diamonds and enchantments they can also be hackers.
