Why should i pick you- I have a lot of experience running and administrating servers. I'm really good with permission plugins, and building. I also can edit plugin configs if needed. I used to be staff manager on a server a couple months ago that took me 2-3 years to get, so I have experience leading staff teams. My brother, my best friend, and me also have a YouTube channel that I might be able to upload videos of the server to.
How long will you be on a day- I'll try to be on at least 1 hour everyday. It would depend on how much homework, and other things I have.

Why should i pick you-I have helped many developing servers with their plugins and setting up their donation system. I love helping others more than myself and I spend most of my time on the computer working on other people's servers. I have plenty of time dedicated to helping these servers and I always can get the job done for them, no matter how hard it is, I always stick with it until the end.I am pretty good at advertising look good. I know how to make people want to donate to servers. I am very fast at setting up server and can get the job done dispite my young age. I know what types of plugins amazes people. I am a pretty good builder I strive for perfection in my grammer, builds, and plugins. I always use proper grammer, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, ect. I try to be the best I can be on every server and do my best to make everyone's experience the best it can be! As a staff member am very helpful and kind to players and I try to keep away the hackers at all costs. I always warn advertisers and spammers before they get kicked. Although, if I see a hacker and have proof (Screenshot, video, ect.), I will instantly ban them. I have no patience with hackers but try to be fair with everyone else finding hackers is honestly one of the easy things i can do. I am amazing with almost any plugin you can throw at me to use and I am a very fast learner. I have used plugins like Essentials, , World Edit, World Guard, Group Manger, and many more.

Why should i pick you- You should pick me because I used to be co-owner and owner of a server, here is my story: Well, here is a experience that I liked, but I hate it, because of something that happened in this, here is the story: So I had a server for 6 months (Private) and I just started learning plugins after days and days of hosting it on my wifi, and it was so crappy, my friend..well, old friend (always in my heart he will be my buddy), invited me to join his server and be co-owner, so I did and I learned everything for that year and 9 months, but then.. he got cancer in August (I forgot the day) and then he had to cancel the server because he couldn't pass the console down to me when his parents were paying for the host... but then.... he died, November 22nd 2013, the doctors didn't know he had that bad of cancer. And that's my story..
