Is it okay to ban a staff member: yes it is, if they disobey the rules they deserve to get the same punishment as any other player.
Why should you be Admin: I have the skills to know when it is proper to ban someone. I am trained and experienced. I have been offered to be Administrator twice already, however those servers never worked out. I would be someone that players can reach out to and not be afraid and I will actually reply unlike on other servers where Administrators do not reply.
Is it okay to mute a staff member: yes it is, if they disrespect someone or offend someone.
What do you do if a hacker comes on the server and you can't ban him, your the only Admin on the server?: I will attempt to seek other help from the owner or senior admins over skype or other social networks. I will take screenshots for proof and I will keep the player under close observation.

Why should you be Senior-Admin: I will keep the server safe from hackers and chat abusers because im very active and i will also help to build alot of stuff in the server, im also a very kind and friendly person, though i can be strict and feirce at times if im forced to. I also love solving cases where there are griefs .etc

I am applying for Staff this server because I would love to be apart of the community.
There are loads of good reasons for me Help protecting and helping players out.
My Experiences of being a staff member:
I have loads of experience of being a staff member for all these reasons listed:
Helping players, Monitoring players, Answering questions, Being kind, Stopping people grief, and helping staff etc.
Etc.
Staff ranks I have been: Helper, moderator, Admin, and owner on 1 server.

What can I do to help this server:
I can do help this server with loads of complicated and basic things such as, plugins watching and helping players.
I can be on the server 8 hours a day, and more on other days.
I will give 100% to this server .
Sometimes you will come across people that spam and curse which I don't tolerate, this is because I want to give all players GREAT experience on this server.

How good am I with perms and plugins: 10/10. I have had 2 servers before which I have owned And cost me $20 A month, I had to setup everything by my self then I recruited staff.
I can do perms for staff ranks and for player ranks.
How good am I with WorldGuard + Worldedit, I am really good with these they save a lot of time and hastle.
I can do almost anything involving perms, PermissionsEX, Plugins, Building etc.

What would be my Best rank and why?: My best rank would be Moderator and Admin, the reasons why are because these ranks you have to be trusted and experienced.
These ranks also show that you are loyal and protective over servers, and you will do anything to stop griefers and ddossers.

I am really mature when it comes to servers, this is because it is respecting everyone.

You don't know what age group will be playing this server too so being mature isn't hard at all it is being professional.
I have laughs all the time but if they are rude I will keep them to my self.

I love being respectful because you get it back too.
This server has a load of respect towards staff members and players, this is good for new players that join.

What plugins do you have experience with: A lot like Essentials, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Groupmanager, easywarps, ChestShop, Clearlagg, Itemrenamer, Rankup, Kits even if it's a plugin I don't know I'll research them and learn a bit about them to help with whatever is needed.

Favorite thing to do in Minecraft: My favorite thing to do in minecraft has to be building in creative mode even though i'm not that great but i try my best to get better. Also i like to go on servers and hang out with new people.
Give three examples where it is okay to ban someone: 1. If a player is spamming the chat and after repeated kicks or mutes he shall be served a ban hammer. 2. The "obvious" answer is griefing. Temp-Ban for minor/first offence after that Perma-Ban in my opinion. 3. Being rude to other players or staff consistently or just once because it should just not be allowed..
Why should you be Moderator: I believe I should be moderator because I have past experiences when I was younger also I believe I'm mature player and know all the rules to the average server. Also I know most plugins and I suppose I'm a fast learner.
Experience with Mod: I was training to be mod on a server called betatude.net a long time ago but sadly it is down and I was never allowed to become mod before that happened. I learned a lot of things there and I believe I can use them on your server.
How many hours of the day can you play: On weekends I can play from 8:00am-9:00pm EST: On average days I could play longer or shorter depending on circumstances. On the weekdays I sadly have school and could only check in the morning and not be back on until 2:30pm-9:00pm almost guaranteed.

Year One Of Staff: There wasnt much that I known then. I was first a staff new to all the commands and stuff when I took some classes for them. Thats when I became real with this. I always said I signed up for this job not to have fun but to be real and do my job right. I wanted to please the owner and I did I worked my way up to many levels and showed him that I was a trustable person. That didnt last long because the server had to go down. I miss that server dearly if i had a better chance I would go for it andshow the owner I'm still there for him but he is lost in the millions of players out there in the thousands of servers.

Year Two: I wasnt new to being staff anymore I knew the commands I knew the ways I stopped hacks but I couldnt get around the DDOSSES because I was new to what that was and what it ment. I couldnt keep up with the griefers and the hackers anymore but then I got real I worked hard looked into the case and then I found the way out into the lights of heaven all I had to do was ban the ip of the guy and then the stress would be off again. I told the owner and then he did it. I had done my work it was clear that there are idiots out there without a brain. And I could stop that from happening.

Year Three: It wasnt much time before I became a pro and knew how to world edit and stop any type of hacker I was on a new server but none lasted long because they funds were to much to keep up with. I had done my best and thats all I needed to know. I helped out other staff in there fine ages of this prossec they would need help constantly they called me the (Elder) because of my knowledge on this commands and building skills. I didnt like it but I lived with it I was only Jr.Admin but I worked up to Admin Head-Admin then Co-Owner came I loved my job but then I wanted to know more about things thats when I looked into the plugins. I love plugins now I can work with it and do it alone without help I did all on my own I was happy and I knew nothing could stop me form getting better. I make permissions Ex ranks and started to teach the others how to do the same and I showed them that what commands do what and how to memerize them best of all I showed them how to do things the right way without getting into fights with players. One of the things was always and always have proof before banning anyone. You might think you will never need it but when a higher rank comes and says do you have proof. Pull it out and be glad I showed you it.

Year Four: It was really hard to get staff now many people arnt really in need of staff that much but I'm picky on what servers I go on. It goes like this Nasty: Never Immature: Good luck living Very little slots: Really? I know its alot of money but there are others for like $5 and you get 30 slots. Worked on hard: I'm going to work hard on getting staff here!. Well Thats how I got here Yes I'm an *ELDER* with this stuff but it doesnt get old. Never does. I will help no matter what. Who cares if i have fun or not? I can enjoy the server AND work hard with sattifaction on the faces around me!

Some things to know: I love YES LOVE to work on the forums but not as much on the server itself. I can do both.
I dont like I love plugins I love to work with them some people think its a pain in the back I think its amazing how it works (I dont make them) Some think its torcher.

During the school week i will be able to be on 3-4 hours and on weekends 6-8
I believe i should obtain Senior-Mod because I have A VERY good knowledge of all server commands, I am Great with people and good at putting out an argument. I have had mod several times and now I would like to be a head mod.
The Only time it would ever be OK to ban a staff member is if you actually caught them hacking into the owners IP Otherwise you should ask the owner first before you even think of banning staff.
If a staff member was repeatedly harassing a player over and over and the staff member has had warnings then...i believe he should be muted.

Is it okay to ban a staff member: The only good reason to ban a staff member is if they are being destructive to the server. If they are flying around world-editing everything then you should ban them. If they are just being mean to others that would be a warning then a mute.
Why should you be Admin: I think i can make your server a fun place to play minecraft without hackers or spammers. I know lots about plugins so i could also help you configure them.
Is it okay to mute a staff member: Yes, if they are being mean to other people or spamming that shouldn't be tolerated because that is annoying and it could set a bad picture for others when they join and see a mod spamming.

Why should you be Senior-Moderator: Well i have had quite a lot of experience before so that'd come in handy, as i have learn't to be unbiased and strict but also at the same time be friendly and approachable. I do try to keep situations lighthearted, and will not take action until i have full proof; but i will monitor whoever has been reported.
Is it okay to ban a staff member: Well not really unless they are abusing their power, for it ruins everyone else's gameplay and destroys the servers. Though if it is something small, it is best to notify you or have a small talk with them c:
