Really need a server for coding and testing plugins

OK so I am posting this because i need a free server just for testing plugins I need anything just i cant make one myself and i need one really bad for coding and testing plugins to make sure they work i really need it for free please help me out guys just so i can test plugins please i really need the server im making new plugins and also coding them for new servers coming up that my friends are working on please also if you have a popular server i could do some coding on your servers so please try to help me out here to do it just post a reply in the comments below
