Recruit me! [Experienced]
Hello fellow crafters!
I am ckamps2020 and I am looking for some work. I made a previous thread and was snatched up by a network quickly after for administrating work. I am now back and available due to a falling out (I was strict on staff he wasn't).
I am going to work for your server doing a few things. Also going to split it up a bit per server. Read on!
**Note I will as of now only be accepting head of staff/server manager positions unless you are a large server that can pay for development. I will develop/edit small plugins for small servers but very little. Contact me via here for more info on hiring me**
**If I do come aboard as a staff member you must agree to these few terms: I will have a tag in game with my position, I will be fairly treated and not used, and I have the right to leave with a 24-48 hour notice in the first week. Anything after that period is fair game. It is not required but I will require copies of FTP files for editing plugins.**
About me: Please contact me for exact info but here is the short: As for administrating and development I have experience working with servers with 500+ players online at a time. I am very knowledgeable on every part of servers. If I do not know a certain plugin or aspect of your server I will learn quickly! I am 16 years old and finished high school at 15. I am aiming to spend a career in back end server security. By being done with high school I can dedicate all day to servers.
Small server (0-50 players): I can come on and help with administrating, hiring, server management, plugin support/configuration, advertising, very little development, player support, quality assurance, sr mod teams. I will guide you to the path of large servers.
Medium-Large server (50-150 players): Same as above but would focus on growing and maintaining all game modes and expanding.
Large server (150-300 players): Same as last two plus plugin development to the next level. Will not write from scratch but will edit plugins to make them a lot more custom. This is where server management is most important. I thrive in environments such as this.
Network (300+ players): Your doing a fantastic job! By this point you more then likely have a developer. If not still contact me for hire. As for administration this will require a lot of work and time so it depends I may require some small compensation.

I'm currently working on a ctf server and I'm planning to have a large server, but I'm not experienced with servers. I would really appreciate if you could help me guide the path and make this server stronger I will even pay for your hard effort. Reply please if you are interested.
