Why should i choose(Detailed)? You should choose me beacause when I become a member of staff I am always dedicated to helping the server and bringing in new players. I am a pretty good build and can build from spawns to cave homes. As it says below I have tons of experience with being a member of staff. Like I said I love to help out!

Why should I pick you?: Finally a person who's gonna do this. Sounds Great. I was gonna do it when I was making my own server but it provide too difficult and plugins incompatibility forced me to do something simpler. But back to the point, I'd love to help out with this - having the kind of ideas as you, and having tried to do it already, I can give you a lot of advice and talking of advice, I've been reg, mod, admin and head admin, co owner as well as running a factions hardcore server. I have to admit I am very my own person, and sometimes collide with other people of the same rank when I disagree or they disagree. This has sometimes go as far as a demotion :/ So as you can see I work much better on my own, and or as the head of a team, instead of being part of the team. I can lead people very well, had a faction of 35+ people - and it was getting so big the administrators had to dismantle it eventually as it took up about a third of their server players. More info (sorry about the length): I have experience in plugins, Able to code in the useless langauge of VB, Good at making dying servers popular. Can also make ranks with Bperms. Excellent at building fortresses, castles, ruins. Good at building other medieval stuff. Pretty bad at building those modern houses xD - If you want, I can send you some photos on skype.

What can you do? Well I easily understand members' desires or what they would like to see. I can separate others' needs from wants, so that would be safe with me. I really would not like to see any annoyance such as spamming, griefing, bad language, hacking, or any other public problems. I will also make sure I will not do any actions that displeases members.

I have been playing minecraft since beta and I enjoy it to its fullest!

Why should I pick you? You should pick me because I am very mature, hard-working, loyal, active, fair, patient, can identify lots of hackers, and enjoys helping people. I will work very hard everyday, and do my best at whatever task you have for me to do. I am also very loyal, and will never betray you and abuse my powers or grief you. I am also very fair, and don't believe in giving any player an unfair advantage no matter who they are, whether they are a noob that has just joined the server or an irl friend of mine. I also love helping people with whatever questions that they may have about the server and I am very patient while doing so and will not stop attempting to help them until they are satisfied with my answer. Lastly, I have multiple friends that hack and show them off to me so I am an expert at identifying all the different kind of hacks and will ban whoever is hacking.
