Hey, I'd just like to make a suggestion since you plan on running with McProHosting, which is a great choice. Like said in my application, I can set-up and install plugins for you when needed. Just to make your server running life a little easy when you go to purchase your order for your server. Once you are finished filling in all your information and detail needed, theirs boxes you can check off if you want Buycraft and Minechat and what so ever. There's a special box where they offer extended support to set-up your plugins, it's called "Plugin Setup." I believe is about 15.00$ with no monthly fee, pricey but worth it, it'll really help me and you as well with plugin configuration for your server.

I've already said that above, I will never, NEVER disrespect. It's just not my kind to be disrespectful and I won't risk losing my possible position for such a shameful reason.

-Why do you believe you should be this position? I will check ban Appeals daily. I will check the ban appeals section of the website at least 7 times a day. That is to ensure that I take a look at each appeal posted and that will obviously help when trying to give the banned player a second chance. So, in other words, 50% of my time in the forums will be spent looking at ban appeals.
I will be active, in the future, on both the forums and the server. As I said above, in the future, I will be online everyday for around 2-7 hours. Lots of people need help and can't inform staff members ingame, so the website is a great place to help people and fix the server's bugs and problems. As I have said before there have been many people just spamming and spamming in chat and in Pm. Well most of those people that do it don't know that we can see it. So having a Staff member that will be there and be able to give the warning is a great thing for this server. I really am wanting to help with that so we can get that done faster and make the server even better than it already is. I think we all know that Hacking is a very important rule that if broken there will be very serious consequences. So looking at this website I have seen several post for people hacking with hardcore proof. And for whatever reason this update has come with some hardcore hacks. I want you to know I will be there and make sure that hackers are not getting away with Forcefield, Tracers, Sprint, Xray those are all hacks that are huge unfair advantages. Forcefield is the worst hack because you are defenseless to that hacker.
if a Donator is abusing, I will kindly ask the donor to stop, however if he keeps on doing that or/and disrespects me or any of the other staff members, I will proceed onto banning the donor with the accuse of abusing his powers. Although there isn't so much abuse these days.I have noticed how new people sometimes don't feel real comfortable when they first join. Well I want you to know I can solve that. You should accept me because it could turn out to be a learning experience for both of us. I believe that every server deserves its chance to get big, to get popular, you know, every server's dream. I want to help you get there! I might not be able to do much at start, but if I can gain your trust we can make this go huge! I have been helping servers for a while, and I want to get back into it. I can only work on my server for certain amounts of time, and I think helping others when I can't help mine, would be an excellent thing to do. Well as of now I am owning a Minecraft server however, I am going to quit it because the host is pretty bad and lots of players have quit because of the lag. Also because I have a lot of school work which is one of the main reasons why I want to quit having a server. On one of my previous server named "FlipzCraft" I have earned $60 in a month of hard work. Well I had more time those days because I was just 11 and my teachers didn't give that much homework.
-Why do you believe you should be this position?
There are many reasons why I should be in this position but im going to explain some. The first reason why I think I SHOULD be in this position is because I love helping small servers and turning it into better servers! Ways I could help the people in the server to have a better experience in the server is...to always make mature and wise decisions when dealing with trouble makers of the server, to ban the cheaters and hackers, to make sure other staff members are doing their job and not abusing to create disturbance for the players of the server, to always follow the staff rules and continua-sly help the owner with this server, and to always be ready to help the players and the owner at all times and to not be useless in the server. Second reason is because I could get this server many people! I actually own a pretty decent youtube channel with 650 subscribers and over 2k views! I could advertise this server on my youtube channel so that the server could gain a decent amount of players! At the same time give ideas and suggestions to make the server a better place for everyone to play in! I would want to make the server as unique as possible because the more unique the server is the more people would join. I should know from experience! Third reason why I would want co-owner is because I am very well experienced with plugins,commands and building! I am not some kind of amateur player who is still trying to learn how to set spawns in servers but I am a pretty well experienced person who knows how to use many different kinds of plugins for example, plugin like essentials,groupmanager,worldguard,permissionsex, and worldedit, which are the most popular plugins out there at the moment. I know very well how to use these plugins inside out except permissionsex as it is a little bit complicated at times but can be dealt with most of the time. I completely understand if you think I could be lying because I don't have exact proof, but it's no lie, all of my work is honest. I believe that I am suited for this job because I have a metric ton of experience dealing with issues that may arise in both real life and in the minecraft world. I could say now a days most teenagers are wild and immature here and there, but we all get like that now and then. I believe that my maturity level far exceeds from some of the other individuals who are applying for this position, I can understand if you're thinking "What? She's only 14." I feel that I've bloomed to mature much quicker than the kids my age, I take pride in my maturity to not embarrass myself, as well as my own family. Knowing what is right and what is wrong in society as well as in Minecraft. Aside from that I have am a fast leaner, need plugins done? I'll do it, websites, pixel art, ect. from working with many other servers, and if I don't know what a plugin entails, I am a fast learner so it shouldn't take me too long to understand. I believe that I am a innovative builder from building my own custom spawns, pixel art, bases, ect. Lastly, I am a very dedicated player when it comes to helping out a server. Between 7-13 hours I can devote, depending on my schedule and what might be coming up.
