Hello there!
Me and my friend have a Factions server and we are looking for some Builders and a Developer.
I'm first gonna talk a bit about the server and then i will jump into the ranks
Our server is called Archer Factions. At first we wanted to make a Network but we decided not to because we don't have enough money to pay all the servers and we wanted to start small. So we decided to start with Factions and later expand to more Gamemodes. Currently i host the server on my laptop so expect some lagg. But when we are mostly done we are going to put the server on a host.
So... We need a Spawn for our server, and me and my friend aren't the best Builders. So we are looking for some Builders to build the spawn for us. And maybe later also some other things.

Currently we don't need many plugins but we will need some later on so that's why we are already recruiting one.

What is your budget developer wise (in USD)?
Sorry for the late response.
We currently don't have a big budget but we are already getting some donations. But currently we are using the donations to pay the server. But when we have some spare money that we don't need we will give some to the developer if he did a good job.
