Well, It's a Zombie apocalypse.When people get hit by zombies A Scatch appears on their face and their hunger bar is a countdown to when they get infected, if they recieve an antidote the scratch disappears However, when you don't get Revived your player screams and you turn into a Zombie.
You can't change the player skin.
Well it depends as to what you expect. I might be able to help but I need to know hoe you want the plugins to work.
