What else can you bring to WitherNetwork?: I am also a very good brainstormer and have a lot of knowledge on what the community wants on how to bring it to them. I am very loyal and trustworthy, i will not let you down.

How much time can you dedicate to the server?: 2-3, to even 4 hours a day in the summer. During the school year my time on the server will be decided on home much homework i receive. More than likely I will be on the server everyday for at least 3 hours.

Previous Experience?: I have experience owning and running a server, being admin on servers, handling and maintaining(configuring, testing, and using) plugins, as well as adding detail to builds. I can do just about anything you need me to do. I also have experience running forums, gaming communities, and other sites of the like.
Why should our WitherNetwork Staff pick you?: I would love to keep peace on the server and due to my overall opinions nothing will really phase me as an insult, but I will gladly accept something along the lines of harass and appropriately take the steps in not having it happen again. On-top of this, I will spend a vast amounts of time on the server, so I would be ensuring chat safety in case no other staff are on or are AFK.I have much experience in moderating (chat and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a chat moderator and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases.
What else can you bring to WitherNetwork?: I am great around players and can word things easily for anyone to understand from all ages of the players of this server. I have been staff on many different servers so i understand how these servers run and the rules etc and i pick up on things very easily. I am flexible with the rules so I am not too strict which would lead to players disliking the server staff and myself, but I don't allow players to break rules more than once as everyone should get a second chance unless their actions are beyond second chances. I am great around people and am able to help advertise this server to increase the population. I can also help to prevent DDOS, I know this is a common threat to servers. I will find out who did it and perm ban them. I can also deal with rule-breakers

Why should our WitherNetwork Staff pick you?: WitherNetwork should pick me because I am an excellent staff member and can excel at being a Mod. I am a very nice person but I will be strict when it is necessary. I do not lose my temper at players or staff and can keep my cool.
What else can you bring to WitherNetwork?: I have some knowledge with plugins like GroupManager and permissions, but I don't think those skills will be needed from me as I am only applying for Moderator. I know how to use pretty much all commands that I would be given and if I didn't I could learn quickly.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: I could be on the server anytime from 9:30am-11:00pm (ADT) so about 1-10 hrs a day

Previous Experience?: I have plenty of experiences moderating both communities and games of different kinds. I have, from my count, two years of moderating Minecraft. This includes forums, in-game, and creating servers of various type. Hero’s Fantasy, RPG Factions, Flip Prison, and MC-Rise of Kings are a few that stand out to me. Hero’s Fantasy was an active, 30 person, roleplay server that I helped develop, administer, and moderate, RPG Factions had around 40 active players, and was a Factions server. I created and administrated this one. Flip Prison is a, from my count, 50 player server that I started, though sadly closed down. MC Rise of Kings is the premier Minecraft roleplay server, and I was an event team member, application team member, media team member, and build team member. I also have, from my count, two years of moderating Garry's Mod Servers; mainly Gage’s Darkrp, and Power Darkrp. I, also, used to moderate a Battlefield 3 Server, which didn’t have a name. It has, from my count, a full server every time I came on to moderate. In addition, I’ve moderated events in-real-life. The following paragraphs will go in-depth on each Minecraft server. I will, also, add a little on the Garry’s Mod servers and Battlefield 3. First, there is Hero’s Fantasy. Hero’s Fantasy, as I said, was an active, to person, roleplay server that I helped develop, administer, and moderate. I was one of the “Co-Owners,” along with another friend. From this server, in my opinion, I learned truly how to handle situations, and administer a server. I developed a few custom plugins, learned how to configure plugins that are made to be configured, and overall made a great experience for players. Second, there is RPG Factions. As stated above, RPG Factions had around 40 active players, and was a Factions server that I helped Moderate. A dear friend of mine wanted to create a Minecraft server, so, in the end, I helped that become a reality. My job was moderating the chat, looking for hackers, and handling situations that have rule-breakers in them. In addition, I helped with the plugins. I learned, and gained loads of experience, of moderating chat on this server. Third, is Flip Prison. Flip Prison is a, from my count, 50 player server that I started this year. I focused, as a owner, mainly on customer support, watching for hackers, and handling situations that would occur quickly and efficiently. I, as I did on the other server, worked on custom plugins. I gained a lot more experience on situations from working on this server. Fourth, there is Mc-Rise of Kings. This server, still active today, offers text-based roleplay. I was on the Application team, Event team, Forum Moderator, and Media Manager. This server taught me how to moderate the forums in an effective manner, without causing any problems. I also, from my experiences on the Application Team, spent days working with new players to make their experiences the best possible. Sixth, I have moderated Power Darkrp and Gages Darkrp on Garry’s Mod. These servers, both roleplay, have given me experiences on moderating chat, games, and spotting hackers; along with dealing with these offences. I spent days working on developing them, and months moderating them. Seventh, I moderated a Battlefield 3 server, run by a friend. Mostly, on this server, I looked out for hackers and dealt with them appropriately. In addition, I semi moderated the chat, and helped out with the running of the actual server.
Why should our WitherNetwork Staff pick you?: The reason I want to be a head-Admin is to help players. I loved owning and running my server, and I also loved helping other players run their servers. Minecraft, in itself, is a multi-platform game with millions of active players. Many of these players play on various servers. Servers need, active, intelligent, and experienced staff members. I feel that, after the time I’ve spent having a great experience, it’s my duty to help the server, and give new players the same experience that I had. My experience, intelligence, and my activity are reasons why I should be a helper. When I start something, or start working on something, I stay with it, and provide the best effort that I can give. I am a well-rounded player, and I, in my opinion, have a way with people. I am currently the Top of Class. I’ve worked with moderating servers, both large and small. While I may not have moderated a 6 thousand person server, I believe that my experiences have given me the ability to handle situations efficiently and effectively.

Why should our WitherNetwork Staff pick you?:
I have had my own server so I know the basics of developing and know how to code a few things (not applying for developer) However I have also built my server from scratch. I practise building everyday and I upload content on my youtube channel that shows some of my builds. As I have also had plenty of staff experience I am able to tell when a member is hacking and will not show favouritism to any member whether they are my friend or not. I can keep myself calm on most situations that happens in-game, as I know I should not get mad at a game. The only times I get angry at someone, is when they do not follow the rules. I have my biggest respect to the server rules, so I dislike people who break them. I also don’t cuss in-game, as it only lowers your personality, and give others bad image about yourself.

What else can you bring to WitherNetwork?:
I’ll be helping the community by keeping the chat clean, and banning players with unfair advantages such as hacked clients. Most of the players don’t like spamming/racism/cussing/advertising on chat. By using my staff permissions, I’ll try my best on keeping the server’s chat clean, and friendly for everyone. About the players with unfair advantage, By using my knowledge about the various hacks, I will be banning them off the Wither Network. I should be picked over with others, as I take my duty as a staff member very serious, and work as hard as I can. I also know how to use most of the punishment commands of Essentials plugin that will be useful for punishing people who don't follow the rules. I also don't show favouritism to any Players, even my best friends.
