Recruiting Exceptional Builders for the Mithir Build Team

My name is Adam and I am currently creating a RPG/Towny/Heros Server. The server will consist of five (5) nations, each with individual and unique lore. I am looking for talented builders to help me plan and build the capital, as well as dungeons, raids, lore locations and other things. Valued members will be kept on after this project to be a part of the build team and their builds broadcasted across youtube, the website, and the internet.

The Map

The map is all custom terra-formed, using World Machine and World Painter. The map is still currently being worked on, but we can begin building the capitals and other things and paste them later on.

Our Muscle

Mithir PVP/RPG server is going to make this a huge success. I am ready to put a lot of time into this and have already. I currently have a couple youtubers who have agreed to put our trailer on their channel and their combined subscribers is well over 500k. I am currently having multiple people working on things to make the server unique including a custom launcher, heroes classes, GUI, and much more.

Professionalism

I pride myself on my staffs ability to stay professional but a little fun never hurt anyone. There will be deadlines of course but that should not hinder your building time that much. I have organized the staff into groups for maximum efficiency. Also the website will be completed shortly using Xenforo.

What I Ask

In order for this server to work I am looking to recruit at least ten (10) talented builders in all areas. From shipbuilders to city planners I would like to have you on the team. We need all five nation capitals built but we are going to just start with one to begin and progress from. Just to get this out there from the start, if you help us build the server you will not be on creative mode when the server is up. The server is strictly PVP/RPG and making you creative will interfere with that. Although members of the build team will receive special perks once the server is live.

I also ask that you follow the directions of build team leader Chrisblox. I have personally experienced his builds and they are quite good. I will not have people disrespecting him, but he will also not be a slave driver.
