Hello, my name is Zac and I hope you stick with me to read my post today.
I'm looking to startup a new server (I originally wanted to purchase an existing one, but where's the fun in that eh?), and am looking for the following roles:

Developers: 16yrs+
Website Designer: 16+
Administrators: 18yrs+
Community Manager: 18yrs+
Server staff (Moderators, Helpers e.t.c.): 16+

Here's how this will work: I don't have a lot of time on my hands at the moment, but I am looking to "invest" shall we say. Once the above roles have been filled with staff I can trust, we'll begin the creation of the server. You guys will tell me what you need funds wise (obviously I will check this over), and you'll work with me to create the website and server from scratch.
Obviously the server market in Minecraft is EXTREMELY saturated, so I'm looking for INNOVATIVE and MATURE staff (particularly developers and admins) to differentiate our server from the rest and attract a larger player base.
As I am treating this like a business proposition, I do ask that 18+ only apply for the developer / admin / comm. manager roles, although I suppose exceptions can be made.
You will have the board when it comes to creating this server, we will start off small and work our way up.
I am being serious though, I am prepared to put some serious dough into this IF you take me seriously in return, I've seen many projects fail simply because people get bored and lose contact. If you give me any signs of that crap I'll get rid of you immediately and replace you with someone who gives a shit. Understand? Great =D.

A Few Words About the Developer Role
I am serious when it comes to this role, I want someone with experience and who will deliver consistent results, not someone who's expertise in coding are downloading a plugin and installing it on the server.
I am also prepared to offer some "pecuniary" rewards in exchange for your services, depending on the quality and quantity of your work. Experience in bug tracking / fixing would be good, HTML, Java, that sort of stuff. You may be wondering why the age restriction is 16+ and not 18+ for this role, given that I am taken it seriously. This is because I believe that anyone can code from any age, I've seen 12 year olds create entire mini-games from nothing, which is why I'm willing to have some leniency with this role. Sounds fair?

Remember!

Do not be phased by the way at which I have presented this, I understand Minecraft is a game at heart and am always up for a laugh! I don't expect you to work like I was your boss! I want you to do it because you enjoy it.
