Recruiting Minecraft Coders

I am building a minecraft server. This server is going to be huge. I am not going to tell you who I am currently but I will say is I have a following of 200,000 + and will be making tons of cash from this server from purchasable ranks. The server is already created. All I am looking for now are experienced coders. If you are not experienced enough where you cant make custom plugins, don't bother replying to this post. If you are experienced and would like to join my team for the adventure, reply and I would get in contact with you ASAP.
