Experience: I managed a few different server's and helped them with plugins, one or two that turned out to be a success and a few which are not very populated.
What plugins do you now: All the basics ( world edit, essentials, group manager etc), some advanced ones like the hero plugin ([url]forums.spout.org/threads/heroes-libigot.4601/[/url)]and if I don't know one then I could google it or if it is a custom plugin I could try and figure it out myself.
