Hi i'm currently in the need of a server-manager, you must have the following criteria

What is your main goal overall for the server : My main goal would be to make it the best server possible.
Explain why you wish to be a manager? I wish to be a manager because I am currently running a Minecraft server network, with Bungeecord and a domain, website, etc. I love helping with Minecraft servers, as it makes me feel good.
I just have a few things to say. Despite my age, I am very capable of this. My Minecraft website is: http://infiniterealms.us and my server is: play.infiniterealms.us so you can have a look at what I can do
If you have a look at these, you will notice that I am not an noob 12 year old trying to grief servers, but I am very capable of running servers. What is the server host? Does it have FTP? Is it home hosted? What type of server is it? How experienced are you with servers? I've been running servers since I was 10.
