Hello everyone! im making a server called moderncraft! its based off of modern life and will have countrys armies schools jobs and towns!
I will be selecting 10 staff including admins,Buidlers,Mods,Helpers

I hate kids like apw "Staff on hundreds". Thats obviously not true and I bet you have no idea what you are doing. I wsh kids would grow up and be honest in their applications.

5 how much you'll be on everyday: If i get the possison its is impossible to tell because i live at 2 houses (Mum's and Dad's) my Dad lets me go on the PC whenever i want but my Mum do's not because i share a crappy laptop with my Brother that he decided to break it slowly so the Dead Pixels are spreading across the screen so i wont be able to get on much when im at me Mums but at my Dads i can get on when i want.

Elishaz I know this sound nubish but if you make me admin on your server you can be admin on mine deal?

7. Why we should we hire you: Because I am in 9th grade, my class schedule is flexible this enables me to monitor people from other time zones where it may not necessarily be day time for them. I am friendly and try to get along with anyone that I meet. While I sometimes act silly, I can and will be serious when I have to. I read the chat a lot and try to help out people who have questions. I understand that sometimes people can get frustrated when they ask questions and don't get any answers back because others are too busy or it gets lost in the flood of conversations due to something big like an event going on. My idea would be to try and address their questions as soon as possible to reduce the amount of spam/capslock frustration that people seem to do as a result of being ignored. Although even before this app when I try to answer their questions, sometimes they don't seem to notice me. Therefore, I hope the new color that comes with being Staff will help my answers stand out more so that people feel welcomed rather than ignored. I have many friends of different ethnic backgrounds and having experienced racism myself, I do not tolerate people who are racist against one another.While I am Jewish, I keep an open mind and I respect all religions, so I do not appreciate people who bash on others' religious beliefs either. I dislike it when people are mean or disrespectful to others and hope that by being Staff I can reduce this so that this server can run peacefully.
8.Why we should Pick You: I keep calm when there are issues going on. When I'm being asked questions I answer them with a fast and reasoning answer. I try to make the server as clean from frustrated and swearing people by reasoning/talking them out of it. So why pick me? Because I know how to deal with trouble makers. I know how to keep everything calm. I know what to do when times are tough. That's why you should pick me!

My experience:I have a lot of experience in moderating servers In doing so, I have collected skills To drive A server forward in there development aswell as solving problems,managing alot of stuff and helping with some plugins. Ive been staff On about 7 servers And in other games as runescape and others.

Ive got alot to offer your community, aswell as im a experienced staff with alot of past experience in a variation of games, Im also patient,mature,reasonable,responsible,I can handle things without making concequenses,I know alot of plugins (thoose who i don't know im willing to learn), And im generally a helpfull and a nice person with a lot of potential.
I want this position to help assist the server in its development process and to be apart of the development process, interact with players on an official basis, Make a good community and making sure the rules are obey'd by all players,Stoping rulebreakers,glitchers and abusers so i could drive the server in to a bright future and make sure evryone enjoy's there stay and making sure they get the best of it.
What can you do to help the server?
I can stop rulebreakers aswell as glitchers and abusers,create a good community,Making sure evryone follows the rules,advertising,building And driving the server forward in its development, and making it go as far as it could go.

A good staff is one who Helps players,listens to the owner,doesn't abuse theire powers,Isn't disrespectfull,Good grammar,be polite,is responsible,reasonable,good at managing,good at solving problems.
How long can you dedicate to the server each day?:
My dedication to this server would be 4-6 hours each day more on weekends, ill try to be more active but 4-6 is basiclly how much i could do on a normal day.
