Fix spelling mistakes and 4gbs will not hold 300 players.
And? When we get 300 players on we upgrade as i said, you should really read the whole post before writing...

I like making people enjoy their time on the server and I put the members and other staff before myself. I treat everyone with respect and work well under pressure and make good decisions.
What can i provide for the server: Well, pretty much anything that is asked of me and more, if i feel the server if really good i can ever donate money. I'm good with advertising,i love building and im good at managing a server.

Hi. My name is Ben, I am 13 years old and I live in the UK. Although you do specify you don't want 11-13 year old 'kids' I feel that although I am classified under that category I think that for my age I am intelligent, responsible and mature. I know a lot about Minecraft and feel I could bring a lot to the role. You are probably thinking that because i'm only 13 I can't really do much. I am very experienced in this role and am very mature for my age. I go to a grammar school and am in year 9. I am intelligent and can deal with all sorts of problems or issues you may have. I can come on between 2-4 hours weekdays and as long as needed on weekends. I am in GMT time and I am not sure about you so that could be an issue. I would prefer admin but moderator is good. I hope you pick me to be a member of staff for your server. Thanks.

Leadership Skills: I Can Take Control of people and make things happen and not be too bossy I'm a very good leader to a bunch of people if their are willing to Listen and be quiet.
Maturity Level: i would say 8 i like to have a laugh and a joke now and then thats why 8
How do you deal with conflict: I Can Deal with Fights Very Calmly And Make it over and Done with by Finding out eachother's side of the story and then seperating them and Sorting their arugment out.
Hours/Day You're On: 12hrs atleast each day i come home from School At 4PM GMT time.
Can you manage the staff: Yes i Can Be Very Controlable person so if i need someone to do something or stop doing something i will make them do it To try and manage them.
*Experience: Owned 2 Servers Shut down due to lack of funds administrated on a Server called Pigtown and a Server called lukecraft Both shutdown and Moderated on A few of other servers.
