REPORT

I am reporting the server mc.snapcraft.net because I have lost many items on this server from these following reasons. 1) Last night they had to restart their server, which they do all the time, yet this time my inventory was cleared. I lost everything i had in my inventory at the time. This server has been very glitchy and has not been fixed. In my inventory I have diamonds, Full set of Diamond Armour, Diamond pickaxe, Diamond Shovel, Diamond sword, and many more items. There was 1 admin on at the time and i repetitively asked him for help and he never responded. Then 2) Today I was fighting a Griefer for 1 hour before a God rank helped. I Live with a friend, me and him were both killed by Pro_Gamer_1000 or something like that. I lost Iron Armour, Iron Sword, Diamond Sword, wooden planks, and many more items. While my friend lost about 3 full stacks of diamond along with a diamond sword, iron Armour, and many more Armour from his inventory he had just made. Once again we received no help and have received anything as a replacement. This time there were no Admins online again. The server specifically states no Griefing, yet he Pro_Gamer_1000 was griefing us. He stole everything we died with and stole our iron door, my heads that i had on display. I am reporting both Pro_Gamer_1000 along with the server. I used to love this server until recently, I am very unsatisfied.
