Requesting: A Plugin Manager

Hello guys, for a long time, I wanted to set up an own creative freebuild server, preferring bukkit. So I downloaded the bukkit.jar stuff, got the server running, downloaded plugins, got them running. But that's were I got stuck. I don't really understand bukkit and his plugins.

So I am requesting a plugin manager, someone who can install the plugins properly, get the permissions and ranks correct, and all the other stuff. Someone who can update them when bukkit updates. Etc.

The plugin manager will be rewarded with an admin rank, because it's easier to test plugins if you have the admin rank, isn't it?
