Requiring Server Owner

Hello! I am here today looking for a server owner. I currently have rented a VPS, yet I don't have any use for it. I am looking for someone to own a server on there. I do not particularly care what kind it is, but I would like one made, to put a use to this VPS.

I am 15, I know Linux pretty well. I purchased the VPS last month to create a server, but I soon realized that I did not have enough time in my life to create a server. There is where you come in. You will have full FTP/SSH access. You can use McMyAdmin if you need it, as I already have it installed.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for someone qualified to make a nice server with the resources available. You must be at least 14 years of age, NO exceptions. You MUST have a Skype account that you are able to use daily. You MUST be able to provide as much time to the server as is needed. You MUST have previous experience running servers on your own, I will be there if you need any assistance, but I think that you should be able to run it smoothly without any help from me. Please note, I am not requiring you to spend any money on the server. The only thing I ask is that I am given the owner/manager/admin rank. Any of those is perfectly fine with me, and please excuse me if I am not online very often, as it the exact reason I am not making a server myself.

Previous experience?*: I used to be a Helper on this factions server , It was a really great learning experience and the staff of the server are great, dedicated people. This means that i'm not new to the way the owner runs the server and I'm familiar with everything it takes to become a staff member. The reason i decided to resign the last time i was a staff member is because of the fact that a lot of my friends on the server stopped playing, the holidays came around and I didn't have as much time to play and didn't feel like I would be able to put as much effort into the server as I was doing before. But now I've found a new passion for the server which doesn't involve my friends, or any distractions. With it being as it is I feel I can make new friends, have even more fun and therefore be more dedicated to the job. I hope you would consider taking me back onto the team where I feel safe. I have managed a server before and I know how the servers works and all I have been Co Owner on this server until the owner was being immature and banned me and my friend which were staff members. We were also Head Admin on OP Network. Which got shut down after 2 months. I have much experience in moderating (the server and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a moderator and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases. I have experienced being moderator on servers. I also have experience running forums, gaming communities, and other sites of the like.
Vouches?**: I would love to keep peace on the server and due to my overall opinions nothing will really phase me as an insult, but I will gladly accept something along the lines of harass and appropriately take the steps in not having it happen again. On-top of this, I will spend a vast amounts of time on the server, so I would be ensuring chat safety in case no other staff are on or are AFK. I have much experience in moderating (chat and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a responsible owner and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases. I am not snappy and am always willing to help, I never have the need to argue/fight with someone, which some people might have. Also, I have a quick eye for mischief, I can always see when something is going wrong and I always look out for griefers and spammers. and basically thats it.

Previous experience?*: I have owned a server before and it was called CrowPrison, if you would like to see what it looked like when it USED to be up click my name and see for yourself ^_^ also I have a homemade server with my server files for a OP Prison server although the mines are not finished because I was going to host another and better version of CrowPrison and try to reopen it again. Also i have been playing since version 1.2.5 and have been staff on many servers although they were shut down due to lack of players and donations, mine died because I had real life issues and couldn't spend time at the time and had to shut it down.
Vouches?**: I am not good at building , I am very good at configuring and managing the server/plugins because of course i had owned a server before. Also I am quite mature and can handle things quite easily.
How long can you be online per day?: 3-5 hours, weekends - 4-6 hours
