4) Do you have any Staff Experience on Minecraft?: I have worked on Minecraft servers, essentially months after multiplayer was established. I have owned and operated many servers in the manner you are asking of. I retain you as the original founder and sponsor, whilst I label myself as "Active Owner" when users were to ask.
In addition to owning and operating Minecraft servers, I have moderated and administrated countless. If you would require/like example of my server work I can contact you on Skype and send you IP's and Skype contacts of previous sponsors.
Besides the realm of Minecraft, I have ran and operated as well as being employed several server emulators such as; World of Warcraft, Habbo Hotel, Oldschool and the more updated Runescape 3, Garys Mod, and FlyFF. I have been successful in player management and steady growth of the player count. I scale players with the ratio of staff members trained. I never bring in more traffic if I do not believe my staff can not handle it.
In the aspect of staffing, I run a strict yet rewarding protocol program that ensures that staff members are acting professional, and are executing their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. This includes UX (user experience), customer support cues, grammar and sentence structuring, mannerisms, etc. I have ran a website dedicated to upgrading/improving Minecraft servers: http://www.runicsolutions.enjin.com
I have extensive knowledge in plugin management, debugging, and optimization to provide a great user experience. I have in depth knowledge on server networks and the mechanics behind them (i.e bungeecord, lilypad, etc). In addition to these, I am able to build (with detail, and diverse color palettes).
I am essentially, a "jack-of-all trades".
5) How well is your knowledge of the server your applying for?: Undertale is a recently published FANTASTIC indie game. I'm specifically applying for Flowey because to be honest, I'm one of the most nice people you meet -- Until you cross a line..
6) Time zone/Playing time?: I am located in the USA, specifically in the EST timezone. I am a full-time college student with a major in Applied Sciences (4+ years) with a concentration in pre-medicine. With my college schedule, I am free a very large amount of the time as most of my classes take place in the morning, and the rest are online.
7) Why should we pick you as staff of the server?: I am highly qualified for the position in both the management aspect, and familiarity with the genre of the server. I have plenty of time to devote and plenty of experience to help lay a strong foundation to build a strong, and lasting community on top!
