Run-down server needs a facelift

A server with almost no rules except no griefing, spamming, etc. You know, the basics. Has finally hit the point where it needs help. Builders, designers, and restoners are really needed, just to spiffy up the place would be nice. Maybe a few new buildings would help as well. The only buildings not griefed are protected ones. There are a few cities in the world, some nearby, others thousands of blocks away. Plenty of supplies still remain, plus abusive admins which are now gone left shelters of stuff in a couple places.
