Which position do you want?: Not sure. Maybe Helper or Builder. It would be nice to do a bit of both.
Why do you want this position?: Well, I'm not much of a builder. If someone tells me "Watch this. *builds pattern* Re-create it over there" I would be able to follow instructions. Helping new players would be my kind of thing. I want 'Helper' Because I think I would have a friendly attitude towards players and be able to help them get started. I also love rwby so much, it would be a dream come true if I could help re-create it with your staff team.
How much do you know about the lore of RWBY?: Well, I've watched all three volumes, and now I'm on the fourth one, like many overs. I know quite a bit I would say.
Define PowerGaming and Metagaming (Please don't copy-paste this!):
Powergaming is when someone forces actions onto another player. Example: "Grabs enemy and instantly throws them to the ground".
Metagaming is when someone uses out of game knowledge. Example: 'On skype, your friend says your going to be ambushed tomorrow on the server. You use this knowledge and you get geared for when there ready and defeat them.'
Do you have any past experience in a staff team?: Nope.
You run into a player who is spamming curse words in chat, what do you do?: I ask them to stop. Then I mute them. Then even after I muted them, and they do it again, I would kick them. If they continue these actions, I would ban them for maybe a day.
If players complain, it would be a week ban.

Unfortunately, we do not have funds to pay builders. We may buy steam games or other tidbits when the server grows popular, but 'til then, no paying. Sorry!

I would like to be a admin for your server because, well, for one, my love of rp is strong and rwby is one of my favorite anime of all time. It would be amazing to be able to watch over the server and help the playerbase however I can to ensure that they have as much fun as I probably will on the server. I'm also a bit of a control freak so I like being staff on my favorite servers lol.

I've seen the show atleast 3 times, though I will need to catch up on the lore I think I have a good understanding of where the characters come from and what they go through to get to the end of the show (i was so heart broken when it was cancelled) I will definitely catch up on the lore more. Would love to watch it again lol.
[b]PowerGaming[/b] (from what I know) Is role playing as a huge role, and acting like you are invincible. If I were to role play as one of the teachers at Beacon academy and I was able to always have some way of dodging attacks or unlimited ways to attack, that would be PowerGaming and it would break the role play, I like to let others get hits in on me purposely, because It's a role play battle, both parties should take attacks and throw attacks.
[b] Metagaming[/b] is basically fail to role play, using out of character info in a role play situation, like automatically knowing someone's class (or what power they have) by seeing it in a player list, instead of actually seeing it being demonstrated or being told about it by the person in role play. It would be metagaming to let your role play character know things that he or she would not because they haven't gained that knowledge yet in role play.

[/b][/center]I have been mod/admin on separate servers, most the kind that go down really fast due to no planning out or lack of funding. I am searching for a server to help staff on that will dedicate to the community and I will help do so if I were to be picked.

I first of all, mute them. I go into a corner or on a roof top, somewhere where our chat won't disrupt other's role play sessions, I teleport them to me and I tell them that they should not be so disrespectful, that they are disrupting role play, and that spamming isn't okay in any situation. I would then unmute them to let them talk, if they apologize and promise they learned their lesson, I'll give them a warning and let them go, but I will keep an eye on them and even inform other staff of his previous offense. If they keep spamming, I will kick them or temp ban them after asking them to stop 2-3 times. If they go on doing so after a kick It's either a couple hour temp-ban, or if its a serious offense, it would be a day's ban. Reason for ban: "Take a chill pill and don't spam when you come back"
