Scrollcraft: Help Wanted

I am launching my new server, Scrollcraft. This server will have 24/7 auto hunger games, several build worlds, and lots of fun stuff to do.
I'm good at setting up plugins, and it is done for the most part.
Forgot to add something, so doing it now:
However, I need these positions:
[B] Builder:
1. How good are you at building on a scale of 1 to 10?
2. Best PMC Project Link?
3. How many hours can you spend building a day? (For the next few weeks)
4. Skype Username?
[M] Moderator:
1. Can you help out with building?
2. Have you been admin/mod on other servers?
3. How long can you be on?
4. Skype username?
Prepare to be interviewed over skype.
